Your Student Membership begins when your enrolment is activated.

For this reason, we recommend enrolling when you are ready to actively begin your training.

Your Student Membership and course access period continue from your activation date.

Delaying your studies does not pause your enrolment or automatically move your expiry date.

Students are responsible for managing their study time within the access period provided.

Additional access is not normally provided simply because a student has delayed beginning, has not logged in or has not completed the training within the available period.

Unused time cannot normally be transferred, credited or automatically added to the end of an enrolment.

Training access is not normally paused for holidays, workload, delayed commencement or periods of inactivity.

Once you successfully complete your training, you receive an additional six months of Gold Membership.

You can continue accessing the professional resources associated with your membership for as long as you remain affiliated with Image Innovators through an active membership or recognised consultant relationship.

To graduate from your Image Innovators training program, you must successfully complete all required course modules, assignments, practical activities and assessments for your chosen program.

Your assignments are designed to demonstrate that you understand the methodology and can apply what you have learned confidently and professionally. Where an assignment requires further work, you will receive feedback and guidance to help you reach the required standard.

Graduation is based on the successful completion of your training requirements.

You are not required to provide a written, video or recorded review of your course in order to graduate or receive your certification.

Providing a review, reference or testimonial is completely optional and is not a condition of graduation or certification.

We are always delighted when students choose to share their experience with us, but any feedback, testimonial, written review or video review must be given voluntarily.

Your graduation and certification are determined solely by successfully completing the requirements of your training program.
